Responsibilities of the CFO
- The CFO will oversee internal accounting staff, HR, and IT systems
- Perform risk management by analyzing company liabilities and investments
- The CFO will help develop budget proposals
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools
- The CFO will ensure financial systems are in compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board and IRS
- Responsible for cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting
Preferred Qualifications of the CFO
- Master's degree in accounting, finance or business
- 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Advanced Excel and accounting analytic skills
- CPA is a plus
