Increasing working capital through external debt financing. Utilize financial planning and financial analysis to inform contract negotiations with suppliers, customers, and business partners. Overseeing Cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity to meets operational expenses. Manage company s loan obligations and interest payments. Use quantitative analysis to make decisions about the organization s capital structure, including debt and equity. Develop pricing strategy for product to inform purchasing decisions. Leveraging advanced Business Intelligence tools to gather, analyze, and present complex financial data for strategic decision making. Explore and analyze potential add-on acquisitions to drive business growth. Manage integration of financial operations in the event of an acquisition for smooth transition and realization of financial synergies. Manage all aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, general ledger, financial reporting. Utilize Financial Software for data ingestion to streamline and automate accounting processes. Manage onboarding with banking partners and loan partners. In the event of financial uncertainty or downturn, develop and execute strategies to safeguard company s financial health, including cost cutting measures. Conduct market research, and competitive analysis on industry to map out trends and areas of opportunity. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Economics, Finance or related + 24 months of experience in the job offered and 24 months of experience in preparing market research, financial analysis and financial planning.
