- Must have 5+ years of direct CFO experience in bank
- Must be willing to relocate to Houston; relocation assistance provided

- Experience dealing with attorneys for mergers and acquisitions, etc.
- Must understand deposits
- Knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake is a strong plus
