Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team in the medical industry. The CFO will play a critical role in the strategic direction of our company, ensuring financial stability and growth. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our organization, while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will have significant interaction with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall strategy and vision.
2. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, accounting, insurance, real estate, and treasury.
3. Direct financial planning and strategy analysis, managing profitability and cash flow to meet the company's strategic goals.
4. Monitor and manage all aspects of the company's financial risk.
5. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
6. Establish and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, and enforcing adherence to requirements.
8. Lead and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
9. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
10. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGMA) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
3. Proven experience in Healthcare Accounting.
4. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
6. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
7. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work with different levels of management and to foster a team environment.
10. Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
11. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
12. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
