CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and serve as executive leader of the Finance organization. The successful candidate willhave executive oversight of the Finance, HR and IT functions, and will serve as a key member of the company's executive leadership team.S/he will work in close partnership with the CEO to shape business strategy and provide guidance in support of the company's growth plans.
The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, including cash flow forecasting, financial planning and analysis, evaluating & protecting profitability, banking and cash management, identification of contractual risks and analysis of the company's financial position and strategic direction. The CFO will also be charged with reporting, preparation and presentation of accurate, timely data to executive leadership and the board.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Advise the executive leadership team management on financial priorities, policies, and initiatives.
  • Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, general accounting and financial services related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage the company's finance, banking, legal and insurance relationships. Oversee risk assessment and mitigation, including setting direction on terms and conditions for contracts.
  • Develop and execute financial plans to inform decision-making, support strategic growth plans and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, planning and analysis.
  • Ensure reporting tools are in place to continually monitor and improve results, enhance efficiencies and provide feedback on strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain cash flow management policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all financial and operational controls, processes and metrics within the organization.
  • Participate in planning and execution of finance expansion activity, including investments, corporate alliances and acquisitions.
  • Manage preparation, review and filing of federal, state, third-party and other financial reports to ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS and other tax authorities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
  • CPA, CMA or public accounting background.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressively responsible Finance roles.
  • At least 10 years in the leadership of teams, ideally across all Finance disciplines.
  • Strong operations orientation, with a history of success working in true partnership with the business to shape and execute strategy.
  • Knowledge of and strength in cash flow forecasting.
  • Broad understanding of finance and accounting, including general accounting, audit, reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, internal controls, information systems, treasury and tax.
  • Strong process acumen, with proven success in defining process and driving its continual improvement.
  • Services industry experience is required.
  • Direct experience in a PE-backed business is ideal.
