Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with department heads.
- Offer strategic advice on capital allocation and long-term financial planning.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Supervise the preparation of accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Establish internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and manage financial risks effectively.
Treasury and Cash Management:
- Optimize cash flow strategies to support operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage banking relationships and debt financing to minimize risk exposure.
Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to external stakeholders.
Strategic Leadership and Decision Support:
- Collaborate with the executive team to formulate strategic plans and initiatives.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making on business initiatives.
Talent Development and Team Leadership:
- Recruit and retain a high-performing finance team.
- Provide mentorship and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- CPA certification and proficiency in MS Excel, Dynamics 365, and Quickbooks.
