Job Title: Companion Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Join Our Compassionate Care Team - $18 per Hour
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) looking to make a positive impact in the lives of others? Our reputable home care agency in New Jersey is seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Companion CHHAs.
We have clients located throughout Bergen County.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social outings as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New Jersey.
- Compassionate and dedicated with a genuine passion for caregiving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check
