Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement chemical processes and equipment

Conduct research and analysis to improve existing processes and develop new products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and quality control

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production

Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and safety protocols

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards

Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering

Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and materials

Proficient in process simulation and design software

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
