Chef Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive cooking experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

Responsibilities: - Create and implement menus
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage conflict responsibly
Requirements: - Set schedule is Tuesday and Saturday
- Must be able to work with no supervision
- Must have great organizational and have excellent time management skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Extensive cooking experience
- Experience with from scratch cooking
- Able to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work in stressful environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation details: 50-55 Yearly Salary
