Charge Nurse RN

Royal Oaks, one of many HumanGood communities recognized as "Best Skilled Nursing 2024" and "Best Continuing Care Retirement Community 2024" by U.S. News & World Report is seeking a Full-time Charge Nurse RN for its Skilled Nursing team.

Full-time Flex schedule: 3 - 11 PM and 11 PM - 7 AM $40.00 - $55/hr. (DOE)

Under general supervision, the RN Charge Nurse is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."

A day in the life may include:

Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments

Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care

Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

Current RN license in the state for which applying

Current CPR certification

Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is highly desirable
