Work you'll do This specialist will support performance management and communication-related work. The position requires an understanding of performance management concepts, strategic communications and dissemination, stakeholder engagement, survey design, and data analysis. Proficiency in change management and training is highly desired. Conduct activities to manage the currency, relevancy, and accuracy of products/deliverables created by team workstreams
Create communications to introduce a diverse, highly technical workforce to upcoming govt-wide changes
Lead stakeholder engagement opportunities to clearly identify potential needs and gaps
Provide organization and change management structure to policy-related changes
Collaborate across workstreams and connect with govt and firm counterparts to further refine communication-related products
Support survey design and data analysis using govt survey platforms
Create reports, briefings, and resources to support workforce understanding of performance management changes

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI security clearance required 1-3 years of strong analytical skills to conduct thorough assessments and analysis
Must be willing to work onsite in Springfield, VA at least 3 days a week
Preferred: I/O Psychology degree desired
