Roth Staffing is looking for a Change Management Practitioner III for the client (life insurance company).


JOB DESCRIPTION
The Change Management Practitioner plays a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet organizational objectives by increasing employee adoption, utilization, and sustained proficiency via comprehensive change management strategies and plans. As a member of the Enterprise Change Management team, this person will partner with key stakeholders to support the people side of change - including but not limited to changes that impact business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.


The Change Practitioner's primary focus is centered around creating and driving change management strategies and plans that maximize faster employee adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure higher quantifiable utilization and/or behavior shifts to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of org results and outcomes. This person will partner closely with senior business leaders, Human Resources, Communications, and Enterprise Program Office team members.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Networking and Influencing
Build critical partnerships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including strong relationships with initiative sponsors.
Influence the successful implementation of the full suite of change management plans and tools.
Change Management Core Responsibilities
Apply our Enterprise Change Management team's structured methodology and toolkit.
Specific change toolkit artifacts include but are not limited to:
Case for Change and Sponsor Assessment
Sponsor Action Plans
Change Readiness Assessment
Stakeholder Group Identification and impact analysis
Change Impact Analysis (including from-to behavior identification)
Measurement Plan (including defining/measuring success metrics and monitoring adoption progress post go-live)
Resistance Management Plan
Change Training Plan (including utilizing your assessments and analyses to propose high-level solutions per audience group)
Communications Plan (in partnership with Internal Communications to develop customized change messaging that is clear, compelling, and consistent to drive awareness, excitement and advocacy for various audiences; ensure leaders are equipped with tools to deliver customized communications; ensure messaging content and timing is aligned with complementary initiatives.)
Demonstrate a strategic vision that connects initiatives and work to continually align the changing business needs.
Evaluate, measure, and manage stakeholder readiness and adoption to enable speed of adoption and achieve business ROI.
Proactively engage with and coach the initiative's sponsors and senior leaders.
Partner with Organizational Development Consultants and/or HRBPs to facilitate leader/manager/supervisor coaching and intervention needs.
Partner with initiative program or project members to integrate change management activities into project plans;
Drive change strategy and plan effectiveness while minimizing disruption.
Identify and utilize networks of key influencers to promote quicker adoption.
Processes & Resources to provide strategic and tactical plans that help you consistently manage our change portfolio and achieve enterprise/division objectives.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Strong, deep experience managing the people side of change for moderate and complex enterprise initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools (8+ years)
Significant experience with large scale, complex organizational change efforts involving new leaders, roles, responsibilities, and mindsets.
Strong execution of change management plan is required - this is not a consulting role.
Deep understanding and a solid appreciation for what affected audience groups require in order to transition from a current to future state.
Excellent active listening and communication skills - both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to strategize and develop innovative, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders to be effective sponsors.
Self-starter who can consistently manage up, is well organized, can effectively execute on time with minimal guidance, and deliver quality change management artifacts.
Influential change practitioner who can adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities.
Displays a clear growth mindset that enables you to adapt and grow.
