Description Client is looking for a dynamic, change ready Leader, who can provide drive the end-to-end learning strategy for a high-profile, enterprise-wide ERP implementation within a heavily matrixed environment. The Senior Manager, MachONE Learning will serve as the most direct support to the Director, MachONE Learning and drive equally hard in ensuring a successful launch to the learning strategy. They will utilize instructional design concepts, strong project management tools and influence to ensure the effective deployment of the learning strategy in support of Path2ONE and the MachONE Transformation efforts. This role will consult and collaborate with multiple key stakeholders across the enterprise. ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES Support and execute the learning strategy to maximize the adoption of changes brought on by MachONE Supporting the Director of MachONE OCM, collaborate with key stakeholders (MachONE PMO, workstream leads, Change Lead, Site Engagement Lead, VP Talent Management, Director of Learning & Culture, Deloitte Onshore Training Lead and Deloitte Offshore Training Developers) to proactively identify and translate business needs, system/process requirements and change impacts into an effective learning strategy that includes, but is not limited to, curricula design, persona-to-course mapping, train-the-trainer sessions, deployment plans and success measures. Working with the Director of MachONE OCM, help define the learning curricula (by persona, process and/or function) detailing the learning content to be developed and methods/format for high quality, efficient and creative delivery of the learning content. Support the Direct of MachONE OCM in proactively seeking out competing/conflicting priorities and barriers to deployment. Create and track standardized methods and procedures (i.e., learning playbook) for delivery, evaluation and reporting for all learning activities. Drive the development of learning content and resources to support learners through the change process Lead review of course outlines, training content and resources guides developed by Deloitte Offshore Training Lead and Developers and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality and audience-relevant design Coach and influence workstream/functional SMEs to ensure sound instructional design in followed in training materials Leverage existing Client brand guidelines, change philosophy and learning frameworks as well as standards of sound adult learning and instructional design concepts. Identify gaps in needed content or information and seeks out the relevant party to provide missing content. Develop instructor-led courseware (i.e., training deck, quick reference guides, job aids, etc.) Develop web-based training (WBT) utilizing Articulate license from first draft through final course signoff Build or embed content in EnableNow. Support the Persona-to-Course and Course-to-Security Mappings in collaboration with the Change Team, process workstreams, and site leadership/site change management lead to identify which users / user groups map to which courses. Support the deployment of the learning strategy to maximize a positive learning experience Coordinate with Client LMS administrator, as needed, to test and publish web-based training courseware. Working with the Director of MachONE OCM, develop and deploy an approach for train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions in coordination with workstream SMEs and impacted sites. Collaborate with and leverage the Talent Management Learning & Development team to execute and deploy the end-user learning strategy. Support an effective measurement approach to check progress and enable decision-making Support the development of a relevant, meaningful and ongoing tracking, measurement and report strategy is in place. Support the Director of MachONE OCM in creating and delivering communications that report the news and articulate meaningful and actionable insights for decision making for stakeholders. Managing the post-delivery debrief process with facilitators, leveraging, consolidating and sharing themes for insights with relevant stakeholders. SUCCESS FACTORS Self-driven with the capability and confidence to consult with senior leaders and challenging stakeholders, and the ability to work closely with front-line leaders and team members Extensive experience working in a large global, matrixed and manufacturing organization Ability to successfully influence without direct management authority Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills to convey complex information and influence points of view Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure from scratch Experience work with onshore and offshore resources Recent, direct experience with the latest, most effective learning technologies, program design, and virtual, mobile, and digital learning REQUIREMENTS Bachelors or Masters level degree in Human Resources or related discipline 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in learning or ERP implementation Experience with Change and Change Readiness models, philosophy, and practices (preferred) Experience with online/click-capture authoring tools (EnableNow, WalkMe etc.) Experience as a well-rounded learning and development professional, demonstrating creativity and technical ability as a practitioner (e.g. adult learning principles and instructional design) Experience with multiple learning modalities such as collaborative learning, mentoring, social learning and mobile learning Availability to travel as needed (approximately 30%) Managing a large global project (preferred) Knowledge of WRK business (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree
