Other Requirements:
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, handling tissues, and providing other necessary support
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments are available and functional
- Assist in patient care by positioning, prepping, and draping patients appropriately for procedures while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and anticipate the needs of the surgeon during procedures
