• Hours: Monday-Friday (7a-3p)
• Call: 1:3 Call Rotations - Nights & Weekends
• Cases: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals, OB, Ortho, ENT and Podiatry - No Hearts/Head
• Staffing: CRNAs - No Supervision
• EMR: AllScripts
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days
