Certified Plumber

Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is looking for a full-time LICENSED PLUMBER to join our team. Our Maintenance team services apartment buildings and individual unit repairs in the greater Seattle area. Responsibilities: Oversee and provide on-the-job training to apprentices and team members Maintain state certification and required continuing education Review and complete work order requests from property managers in a timely manner Investigate, diagnose plumbing issues, propose repair/replace options and implement Maintain, repair or replace plumbing lines and fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms Installation of water heaters, sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets, and showers Work meets specifications and code requirements Courteous and professional demeanor with tenants and property manager Required: 5+ Years of professional plumbing experience (other maintenance skills a plus.) Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance Must have own basic tool set Authorized to work in the United States Pass a criminal background check Availability for emergency calls is a plus.
