A typical day for one of our personal fitness trainers

As an NFC Amenity Personal Fitness Trainer, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you will provide personalized training and fitness guidance to clients in the comfort of their property wellness facilities. Our fitness professionals' primary goal is to create a fun and convenient environment to help residents achieve their fitness goals.

Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel their best simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while creating sustainable wellness programs.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

Greet and assist residents and fitness clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels, health conditions, and goals.
Build rapport and collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable fitness goals. Create personalized exercise plans tailored to each client's needs, preferences, and limitations.
Provide one-on-one training sessions in NFC managed fitness centers or designated locations. Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, safety precautions, and the use of fitness equipment with empathy.
Regularly track clients' progress by measuring performance improvements, and adjusting workout plans as needed.
Keep clients motivated and accountable by providing positive reinforcement, encouragement, and emotional support. Help clients overcome obstacles and setbacks.
Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions by maintaining a safe exercise environment.
Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and a tidy fitness facility.
Responds quickly to emergencies and reports incidents to management.
Follow all property procedures and directives provided by the management team.
Maintain Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
Maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
Enjoy interacting with the residents and guests.

We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must. The commission rate for PT services ranges from $40 - $75
