Certified Peer Specialist

Eagleville Hospital is seeking a FT Certified Peer Specialist for the evening shift. This position is responsible for providing peer support services. This will be done by serving as a consumer advocate, providing information and support for consumers, and assisting consumers in regaining control over their lives through the recovery process. Requirements: Candidates for the Peer Specialist position must have a minimum of a high school diploma Must be a Certified Peer Specialist WRAP Certified Experience in psychiatric unit or facility a plus but not necessary Must have ability to communicate well, both orally and written, and ability to work within a team structure Hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 12:30pm to 9pm Eagleville Hospital, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
