Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an occupational therapy assistant.
Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of therapy professionals serving the skilled nursing facility to provide excellent patient care services while managing the labor and service provision for optimal reimbursement.
Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of an occupational therapist to patients across the campus.
Collaborative approach between disciplines and caregivers to address individualized goals.
Provide individual treatments in a time efficient and organized fashion to capture documentation and billing of session within guidelines to maximize both patient success and reimbursement.
