Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA) to work day-shift in our Skilled Care Nursing Unit.
This CNA position works day shifts, 72 hours per two-week pay period; (4) 12-hours shifts and (3) 8-hour shifts per pay period which includes every other weekend; shift hours are 6:30am - 7:00pm (12's) and 6am-2:30pm (8's).
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Duties Include:- Deliver direct care to residents according to the individualized plans of care.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
- Respond to call bells, safety devices, and resident requests in a timely manner.
- Accurately document resident care at electronic kiosks using PointClickCare.
- Identify and report changes in physical, psychological, and social well-being.
- Ability to interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents' family members in a climate-controlled environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Include:- High school diploma or its equivalent and completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR Certification.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
- Language: Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Math: Must be able to complete tasks using basic math skills.
- Computer: Must be able to enter resident care information via a touchscreen.
