Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) 7 AM -3 PM
About Us: At Foremost at Sharon, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our facility prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming environment where both residents and staff feel like family. We're currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time CNAs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Document resident care activities and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of MA
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
