Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant Include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications of a Certified Nursing Assistant Include:
- High school diploma
- CNA certification in NJ
