Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking full time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team for our facilities in Raleigh, North Carolina. Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Schedule: 2nd shift Staffing Ratio: 1:3 Benefits include, but are not limited to: Intensive, on-going training Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) Tuition reimbursement Responsibilities We are searching for full time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work 2nd shift in our residential programs located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The CNA provides direct care services to persons with disabilities who are consumers of Learning Services. The CNA is responsible for delivering support to individuals as they strive to overcome challenges arising after brain injuries. Direct Care of residents, which includes assistance with hygiene toileting, dressing, supporting all resident daily activities: fitness, treatment, recreational, etc Collaborate with clinical staff on the implementation of all behavior plans, PT, OT, and SLP home treatment programs for residents, as well as observe and record information that can further the therapeutic goals of each resident Transport consumers on errands, appointments and outings Provide a safe, clean, home-like environment for residents Assist with a variety of routine household chores, including: shopping, cleaning, preparing meals, etc Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required. Valid CNA Certification Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers is a must The ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills is essential Ability to Lift 50lbs Learning Services Is An Equal Opportunity Employer
