To prevent skin breakdown residents should be checked continuously throughout the day for dryness and cleanliness. Due to the fact that some residents can't feed themselves, it is the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant responsibility to properly feed those residents. Electronic charting, including vital signs, are needed. Motivating and encouraging residents to live their highest quality of life.
