Baldwin Gardens Nursing Center's philosophy centers around savant leadership. This means providing personalized services for each community member to achieve stability, fulfillment, and well-being. The facility offers 24-hour licensed nursing care, IV antibiotic therapy, pain management, wound care therapy seven days a week, and rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Baldwin Gardens Nursing Center provides individualized therapy plans to address both psychological and biological issues, with a goal of sustained recovery to return residents to a normal lifestyle. Additional services include orthopedic rehabilitation, oxygen therapy and management, nutrition therapy and management, and social services. The facility accommodates 59 beds.
We are looking for a caring and dedicated CNAs and/or RNAs for all shifts (AM/PM/NOC). Full Time and Part Time positions are available for all shifts. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
- Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current CA nursing assistant certification
- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
