Apply Description Park Place Health and Wellness, an Assisted Living Living Community, located in St. John, IN is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Full Time and Part Time from 3:00PM - 11:00PM. Assist in toileting, bathing, and daily grooming of assigned residents. Maintain a calm, pleasant living environment for the residents. Document changes in medical condition to the appropriate nurses on duty. Requirements Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana. Previous experience in long-term care is a plus. Pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and complete the orientation program. EOE
