APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Certified Nurse Assistant for our client in Newark, NY for a 13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.

Position Title: CNA

Pay Rate: $30-34/HR

Work Location: Multiple Locations such as Utica, NY, Newark, NY etc

Shift: 40 hrs/week multiple shifts

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Licenses Requirement: NY license

Certification Requirement: BLS

Job Description:

Provide basic healthcare services to patients in their homes under the supervision of medical professionals.

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.

Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.

Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.

Help patients with mobility, transferring, and exercises as prescribed by therapists.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients to prevent infections and accidents.

Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.

Provide feedback to the healthcare team about patients' progress and any issues that arise during care.
