Glendora Canyon Transitional Care Unit (formerly Foothill Rehab) is located in the beautiful city of Glendora, California. Our large facility, licensed for up to 120 residents, is designed to enrich and improve the quality of life of our residents. We are looking for a caring and dedicated full-time CNAs for AM and PM shifts. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate.

$1,000 Signing Bonus. First half paid after 90 days. Second half paid after 6 months. Referral Bonuses as well.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.

- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.

- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.

- Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

- Current CA nursing assistant certification

- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
