Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) seeking a fulfilling career in a Skilled Nursing Facility? Look no further. We are currently seeking a skilled CNA/CMA to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications accurately and safely under the direction of a licensed nurse.

- Assist with the preparation and administration of medications according to facility policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident responses.

- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report findings to the nursing staff.

- Provide compassionate assistance to residents with activities of daily living as needed.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all residents.

Requirements:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations.

- Certification as a Medication Assistant (CMA) in accordance with state regulations.

- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting preferred .

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication administration protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
