$10,000 Sign On Bonus Under supervision, carries out activities required to provide laboratory services. Education Technical or Vocational school plus up to 2 years specialty training Qualifications Completion of MLT program with associate degree Must take and pass Board of Registry exam within 18 months of completing associate degree in MLT program The tech will work a semi-set schedule that are primarily 7p-7a shifts which includes every 3rd weekend plus 2-3 dayshifts a month to get their 72 hours. The tech will help the other techs cover call outs, vacation and leave time.
