Certified Medical Assistant

Our dermatology client in Trumbull/Westport, CT has an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant. Monday - Friday, no weekends. 3 days in Trumbull, 2 days in Westport.

Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Escort patients to exam rooms
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized
Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:
1+ years of dermatology MA experience preferred. Candidates without dermatology experiene will be considered.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
$18-25/hour depending on experience
