We are currently searching for one Certified HVAC Technician to join our team in our Camp Hill, PA office. This position will join the residential division to service managed apartment homes within the Harrisburg area. Location: Home Office, 350 Poplar Church Rd. Camp Hill, PA 17011
Rate: $20+ per hour, depending on experience. $500 sign on bonus.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Company vehicle provided for daily work.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various maintenance tasks at multiple properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems.
- Daily tasks can include light electrical, appliance repair, preventative maintenance, etc.
- Self-starter with an attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Provide high levels of customer service to our residents in their apartment homes.
- Valid PA Drivers License.
- Working cell phone.
- Prior experience in residential or multifamily housing is a plus.
- Basic hand tools are required.
- Able to perform rotating, pre-scheduled on-call duties at certain times throughout the year.
- High school diploma/GED.
Compensation details: 20-30 Hourly Wage
