We are seeking a Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to become a part of the Vision Healthcare Network. The office in New Rochelle employs caregivers for areas including Westchester, Bronx, Putnam, Du t chess, Nassau, Rockland, Orange, and many other counties. Job Requirements
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
- Provide specialized healthcare .
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus.
Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide Qualifications:
- HHA or PCA certificate
- Valid Employment Authorization Documents
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Medical documents as required by NYS Dept. of Health
