Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA):

HHA to provide health care services in a patients residence

HHA to perform domestic and household tasks

HHA can accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital

HHA to assist clients with their personal care

HHA will monitor patients and report on their condition

HHA will maintain patients care records and document provided services
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Requirements:

Current HHA certification in the state
