The Certified Diabetes Educator is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of a Diabetes Skills Management Program.

Qualifications:

Three to five years experience in nutrition, preferably in a community or clinic setting, and diabetes education experience

Education:
Bachelor Degree

Education specialization:

Nutrition and Food Science

Credentials:

Registered Dietitian
Certified Diabetes Educator

Preference:

1 year experience

Insulin Pumps

Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
