Schedule: Full Time Shift : Evenings, 3p-11p The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Carrollwood Family-like culture Teamwork driven both inter Dept and multidisciplinary Positive working climate to support a well-balanced work life balance The role you'll contribute: Plans, supervises and is responsible for each shift's assigned workload. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of daily management of the implant program, and work as a backup. The value you'll bring to the team: Supports the hospital's service management program . Plans, supervises and coordinates the daily activities of each shift. Coordinates the requisitioning, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, instruments and equipment. Contributes to a positive work environment. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : High school graduate or equivalent. Five years' experience in processing and sterilization. Two years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Strong background in all areas of central supply. Current status as a certified registered central service technician (CRCST). Completion of educational requirements to maintain certification.
