Organization: SSMC-Sutter Solano Medical Center Position Overview: Schedules patient examinations, procedures, and enters patient information. May provide receptionist and administrative support to department or physicians. Job Description: EDUCATION Education Level: HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience Required EXPERIENCE Prior office and scheduling experience in a health care setting preferred. Preferred SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology, chart preparation, ancillary orders preferred. Maintenance of filing and office systems. Knowledge of healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of the English language and grammar is required.
