Center Operations Director

We're seeking a Center Operations Director who has the drive and passion to support a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Beautiful Estes Park, Colorado.

Ensures the clinic site operates effectively, efficiently, and consistently with the Salud model of care delivery, focusing on Salud's mission and goals included in the strategic plan. The Center Operations Director approaches tasks in a team-based fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.

Provides senior leadership at the clinic and manages all aspects of the clinic's health care delivery system, excluding direct patient care and clinical protocols which is led by the site Medical Director or Dental Director. Senior leadership functions shall be carried out through the implementation of a leadership team approach to shared decision-making among the Medical Director, Dental Director, and Center Operations Director; however, this position has lead decision-making authority at the clinic.

We offer:

Starting annual salary range - $59,357 to $68,261
