CDL Dump Truck Driver

We are currently accepting applications for a CDL - Dump Truck Driver wanting to advance their construction career. The ideal candidate will be able to pick up and deliver materials according to a schedule and perform all duties in accordance with company safety rules and Department of Transportation (DOT) road safety regulations. This is a safety sensitive position. Must be at least 23 years old, have a clean driving record, and a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Key Responsibilities: Operate a quad-axle dump truck in a safe and efficient manner. Transport aggregate materials to project sites throughout Arkansas. Conduct asphalt plant loading operations. Conduct asphalt paver offloading operations. Conduct dump truck preventative maintenance checks daily. Maintain CDL logs daily. Position Requirements: Class B Commercial Driver's License. Ability to maintain a Commercial Driver's Medical Certification. Ability to operate a manual shift transmission (training available). Willing to work various schedules including nights and weekends, when necessary. Willing to work out-of-town when necessary (only operate in Arkansas). Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Work environment is consistent of an office and facility with construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop and may also include construction job site. Noise levels can be loud. Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area. PPE must comply with site specific requirements. Occasional lifting may be required up to 75 lbs. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stooping.
