CDL Driver Trainee

What does a Driver Trainee do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role, you will work closely with our Drivers and be responsible for assisting with the delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products, helping to ensure excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities include: Train for your CDL certification Provide support to Drivers on assigned route Unload merchandise Display and rotate products according to company standards Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships Retrieve company property & assets as needed Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of general work experience Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
