Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of agricultural products and equipment to and from our farm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our farming operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and specialized agricultural equipment.
  • Transport agricultural products, supplies, and equipment to various locations, including farms, markets, and processing facilities.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of products and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely delivery of products and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with other farm duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CDL driver, preferably in an agricultural or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of vehicles and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work long hours and weekends during peak seasons.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and professionalism.
