Summary:

As a CDL Driver, you will be a pivotal part of our operations, responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Agricultural equipment. This role requires a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements and expertise in handling agricultural machinery.

Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, for the transportation of agricultural equipment.
Load, secure, and unload various types of agricultural machinery, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols.
Safely transport farm equipment that may be 14ft-20ft wide and at times up to 120ft long.
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Coordinate with farm and field personnel to plan logistics for equipment transport.
Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance performed.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing transportation and equipment handling.

Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (e.g., Class A with air brake endorsement).
Clean driving record with no major violations within the past 5 years.
Proven experience in operating and transporting agricultural equipment.
In-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery and their safe handling procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capability to load and unload agricultural equipment, often in various weather conditions.
Physical ability to lift 75lbs.
