Job Type: Full-time OTR Routes
Pay Rate: Competitive, $0.70 team - $0.80 cpm trainer. Average weekly pay $1500-$1800 depending on schedule
Supplemental Pay: Bonuses available

Job Description - OTR Linehaul Team Driver: - Operate a commercial vehicle to deliver goods from one location to another while splitting time with another driver.
- Drive in a safe and responsible manner at all times and obey all traffic and parking laws or regulations.
- Understand and comply with all DOT regulations.
- Make trailer deliveries on a schedule.
- Physical requirements include entering and exiting a commercial vehicle which requires pulling your body weight up 24 , Hooking and Unhooking trailers including doubles, safe handling and maneuvering of a dolly which takes roughly 109.2ft/lbs of force, pre and post trip inspections including visual inspection of locking jaws, which requires bending and squatting to ground level all at an independent level.
- Complete Pre-trip and Post-trip inspection with any abnormalities or failures reported to a manager.
- Ensure mechanical issues are corrected before driving.
- Maintain accurate log of working hours and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Use electronic applications including but not limited to electronic logs in trucks, phone applications, and online training platforms.
- Complete all necessary compliance and safety training prior to due date.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with Dispatch. Keep manager informed of trip progress including any anticipated late arrivals, any significant delays, accidents, or breakdowns.
- Interact with all Fed-ex Staff in a professional manner.
- Understand and follow all OSHA requirements at Fed-Ex facilities.
Job Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the last 3 years, or 6 months with a FedEx approved School
- No accidents or traffic violations in the last year
- Willingness to obtain Double Endorsement
