J&R Schugel is Now Hiring CDL-A OTR Reefer Drivers.
Earn Up To 65 CPM - $1,000 Transition Bonus Benefits - Newly increased pay - all drivers make up to 65 CPM
- Estimated weekly pay of $1,200 - $1,600 per week
- $1,000 transition bonus
- Flexible home time options (1-2 weeks depending on location)
- Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week

Qualifications - Minimum age of 21
- Must have valid CDL-A commercial driver s license
- Must have at least 6 months of experience
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
- No prior Reefer experience required
