Ginsberg's Foods is looking to hire a full-time CDL A Delivery Driver in Hyde Park, NY to join our domicile team.

At least 1 year of CDL A Delivery Driving experience requried for this position

Compensation: We pay for your Class A driving experience.

1 - 2 years of CDL A delivery driving expereince - $28/hr - $29/hr.

2 - 5 years of CDL A delivery driving experience - $30.50/hr - $33.74/hr.

Have over 5 years of CDL A delivery driving experience? Great. Higher pay is negotiable in an interview based on years of driving.

Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, start and end times are flexible and vary day to day.

Overtime is available after 40hrs and is paid weekly. You also can earn extra income beyond your hourly rate through performance and safety incentives.

Must be able to comfortably lift and maneuver cases that range from 1lb - 80lbs throughout a shift.

Essential Job Requirements:

Physically unloads heavy product from the truck at customer locations using a hand truck and ramps.
Navigates various surfaces, inclines, steps and stairs, while delivering product to the appropriate location (dry, cooler, frozen) at the customer's place of business.
Interacts in a professional manner with customers, attempting to resolve concerns as they arise.
Receives cash from customers when necessary and handles cash in accordance with company policy.
In accordance with Ginsberg's Foods policy and procedures, conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tractor and trailer.
