Position Description As the CCO Business Analysis & Projects Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the CCO business analysis and project management functions. This will include, but not limited to, CCO department initiatives and improvements that are in alignment with department plans, goals and objectives. You will oversee the overall CCO Configuration work intake responsibilities, oversight of resource management/planning functions, development of CCO project management framework, creation of processes related to the gathering of business requirements for complex system updates, department initiatives, and organizational directives. Manage, coach and mentor team of highly skilled analysts and project leads. Oversee the management, monitoring and reporting of the CCO configuration work intake processes. Support the development and oversight of CCO's resource management tools and processes to support staffing utilization, CCO project demand, and capacity planning/monitoring. Create project management framework, plans, and tools to support the successful implementation and oversight of department specific and enterprise level initiatives. Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate staff. Establish, communicate, and enforce performance standards and goals, while promoting the increase of team engagement. Identify training and coaching needs of staff. Design and implement training/ mentoring plans to best meet departmental and individual initiatives, while developing opportunities to support career development in partnership with Human Resources. Direct staff workflow and performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality objectives, policies, and procedures, in addition to sharing important organizational, department and team information with staff. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures, such as workflows, cross collaboration work instructions, and other documentation to establish clear and measurable expectations for staff for CCO's internal and external stakeholders. Drive the identification, documentation, and communication of business requirements to support product, process, people and technology changes and improvements. Lead the identification, management, implementation and monitoring of CCO project initiatives. Collaborate, partner and lead efforts as needed with CCO Leadership Team members to identify and implement repeatable and sustainable process improvements. This might include efforts such as - enhancements to end-to-end CCO processes, supporting systems and, vendors to increase department effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure effective and timely cross-functional collaboration in support of UCare portfolio initiatives and chartered committees and workgroups. Other projects and duties as assigned.
