CCMD Coordinator with Security Clearance

JOB TITLE: CCMD Coordinator Location: Tampa, FL
SkyBridge Tactical is sourcing highly qualified Combatant Command (CCMD) Coordinators, to be embedded at each of the following commands: United States European Command (USEUCOM), United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM), United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM).This project will provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support to DSCA. Project tasks will include desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping. Responsibilities The CCMD Coordinator will support the programmatic goals of this Task Order to provide a broad range of support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements. CCMD Coordinators shall support DSCA by ensuring the command is aware of DSCA's AM&E operations, continuous improvements made to processes, and is likewise shaping those operations and improvements as result of direct suggestions and observations from the CCMDs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Five (5) or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations.
Five (5) years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Ten (10) or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multidisciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel.
