The Opportunity: As our CBRF Aide, you provide nursing related services, housekeeping and laundry services along with activities to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care. All residents care is provided in a manor which meets the resident's physical, mental, and psycho social needs and enables the individual to attain or maintain the highest practicable level of functioning. The resident associate maintains a "Home like" environment for the resident protects and promotes resident rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
Key Requirements:
- High School graduate and or 3 years relevant experience
- Come to work - Excellent Attendance
- Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
