Pay: $55000 - $60000 / year

Summary:

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking private event functions from orientation to event, creating 5-star experiences for each and every client. He/she also supports the General Manager by completing tasks as directed.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue catering sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with the events team to create customized catering packages tailored to the needs and preferences of clients.
Conduct site visits and tastings with potential clients to showcase our offerings and facilities.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all aspects of events, from planning to execution, are seamlessly executed.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue forecasts.
Consistently meets or exceeds event booking goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
