Responsibilities/Duties

Accounts Payable:

AP email box maintenance and distribution for operating company (OPCO) and real estate entities (RE)

Manage Yardi Full Service

Vendor Maintenance (enter all new vendors, upload new COIs to current vendors, etc.).

Responsible for ensuring all AP for OPCO/RE has been processed.

Accounts Receivable:

Manage rent email inbox for payment remittance

Enter all receipts (OPCO and RE), maintain A/R (apply prepaids, etc.) and follow-up on outstanding AR (OPCO)

Responsible for all communication with tenants relating to outstanding AR

Regular AR review with accounting and asset management teams

Other:

Maintain Catalyst monthly cash dashboard

Pull monthly bank statements and save them in appropriate folders

Other duties as assigned
